His most recent work includes serving as the engineer on Olivia Rodrigo's highly anticipated sophomore album, Guts, collaborating closely with Dan Nigro and Olivia over the past year and a half.

Austen graduated from Drexel University with a degree in Recording Arts and Music Production and a minor in music business. He began his professional career as a freelance audio engineer, focusing on post-production and leveraging his extensive knowledge of vocal editing and mixing. Since then, he has developed expertise in all aspects of the songwriting and production process, showcasing a unique ability to mentor and shape emerging artists entering the industry.
